This policy explains what information M/S Caprio, trading as Caprio Estates ("Caprio Estates", "we", "us"), collects when you use this website or contact us about a property, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Caprio Estates is a K-RERA registered real estate agent and an authorised channel partner of the developers whose projects appear on this site.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we collect the details you give us:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address, if you provide it
What you asked for (for example a site visit, cost sheet, brochure or floor plans) and the project you are interested in

We also record how you reached the site, so we know which of our advertisements and links are working. This includes advertising and campaign parameters in the page address (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid), the page you enquired from and the page that referred you. These are stored in your browser only for the current visit and sent to us together with your enquiry.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use this site and to measure our advertising. These services set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive information such as the pages you view, the buttons you use and whether you sent an enquiry. We do not send them your name, phone number or email address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook accounts.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your property enquiry: to call or message you, share project information and prices, arrange site visits, and support you through booking with the developer. To do this, we may share your name, phone number and the project you asked about with the developer of that project. We use the advertising parameters to measure and improve our marketing.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with anyone other than the developer of the project you enquired about and the service providers we use to store and manage enquiries (your enquiry is saved to a Google Sheets file and emailed to us through Google), who may use it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it, and for any longer period required by law. After that we delete them.

Your choices and requesting deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at caprioestates@gmail.com from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you gave, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
